This Cookie Policy explains how LUVINDO LTD (company number 17078430), trading as “Qi-Vora” (“we”, “us”, “our”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on https://qi-vora.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, to keep you signed in, to measure traffic, and to deliver and measure advertising.
The Site also uses related technologies — such as local storage, session storage, web beacons and pixels — and the term “cookies” in this policy is used as shorthand for all of them.
2. First-party vs third-party cookies
- First-party cookies are set by Qi-Vora and are needed to operate the Site (login, cart, language, theme preference, etc.).
- Third-party cookies are set by services we embed, such as analytics, payment processors, or video preview players. They are governed by the cookie policies of those third parties.
3. Categories of cookies we use

We do not currently set advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update the Site’s cookie banner and seek your consent first.
4. Lifetime
Cookies are either:
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — stored for a fixed period (typically up to 12 months) or until you delete them manually.
5. Third-party services
We may use the following third-party services that set cookies:
- Hosting and CDN — for delivery of the Site itself.
- Analytics — to understand aggregated traffic patterns.
- Payment processors — only on cart and checkout pages.
- Embedded preview players — only on product pages that use 3D, video or HDR previews.
Where any third party introduces its own marketing or profiling cookies, we will surface that in the cookie banner.

7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Industry standards have not been finalised and we do not currently respond to that signal, but we apply consent-based controls for all non-essential cookies, which provides equivalent protection.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted in the cookie banner.
