Shopping Information
Use the search icon in the header, or open Shop and browse by category: PBR Materials, HDRI Environments and 3D Bundles. Every category can be filtered and sorted.
Yes. Tap the heart icon on any product card or product page, and open Wishlist from the header or the bottom bar on mobile. Create an account to keep your wishlist across devices.
Every item is a ZIP archive. PBR materials contain JPG texture maps, most of them with ready-made Blender, MaterialX and USD material files; HDRI environments contain an HDR or EXR panorama; 3D bundles contain glTF models with textures. The exact format and resolution for each item are listed on its product page.
Yes, guest checkout is available. Creating an account keeps all your orders and download links in one place under My Account.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Yes. The whole site runs over HTTPS, and card details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider. Qi-Vora never sees or stores your full card number.
Yes. If you have a promo code, enter it in the cart or at checkout before you pay.
If a payment is declined, you are not charged and you can try again or use another card. If it keeps failing, contact your card issuer or email us at info@qi-vora.com.
Refunds & File Issues
Files are available right after payment, so refunds are not generally issued once a file has been downloaded and used. Refunds are considered within 30 days of purchase for a defective file we cannot replace, a duplicate purchase, an unauthorised charge, or a file that materially differs from its description. Full terms are in our Refund and Return Policy.
Email info@qi-vora.com with your order number, the email address used for the order and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or render samples help. We reply within 3–5 business days.
No. Our products are digital files, so there is nothing to return.
Email us with your order number and the affected file names. In most cases we send a corrected or re-exported file first; if we cannot fix the issue, we issue a refund.
Ordering from Qi-Vora
Choose a product, click Add to cart, go to checkout, enter your email and billing details, and pay by card. You receive an order confirmation email right after the payment goes through.
Download links appear on the order confirmation page as soon as the payment is successful and are also sent to your email. With an account, they stay available under My Account → Downloads.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@qi-vora.com. Once a download has started, the terms of our Refund and Return Policy apply.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, email info@qi-vora.com with your order number and we will resend your download links.
